One $40 entry fee entitles you to play in a 3-month tournament session. $5 discount for La Palma residents.

Tournament Details
Bird Flu Opening Swiss
A 5-round Swiss in one section.
Registration: 6-7pm. Rounds start 7pm.
Prizes: 1st place: $75 + trophy. Trophies to Best U1900, U1700, U1500, U1200, and Best Unrated.
Time control for both sections: Game/120
Byes: One half-point bye may be taken. A irrevocable last round half-point bye is allowed only if declared before the first round starts.
Fright Knight No. 2
A 8-round Swiss of Quick Chess all round in one night.
Entry Fee: $2
Prizes: Winner takes pot, winner determined by best performance rating gain (unrated must win outright).
Time control: G/10
Mortal Combat Swiss
A 6-round Swiss of G/2 in one section.
Prizes: 1st place $100. Trophies to Best U1800, U1500, U1200, and Best Unrated.
Time control: Game/120.
Byes: One half-point bye may be taken. An irrevocable last round half-point bye is allowed only if declared before the first round starts.
