Entry Fee: $40 at site ($35 if by 9/17). $5 discount to La Palma residents.
EF includes entry to a 5SS from 11/12 to 12/10, i.e., two tournaments for the price of one.

Byes: 1/2 point byes available all rounds except final round. Max two 1/2 point byes.
Byes must be declared before round 4.

Time Control: 40/100 then 24/60 for each set of 24 moves. No sudden death.
Adjourned games must be played off before the last round starts.
